Al Bahja Group: procurement and internal management platform for an enterprise group in Oman, built end to end
- Built the platform from requirements to production, covering the full procurement cycle: purchase requests with General Manager and Purchase Head approvals, RFQs with side-by-side quote comparison, purchase orders, shipment tracking and billing.
- Manages master data for 6,000+ items, suppliers and other business data, with a separate supplier portal where suppliers manage their work and coordinate with the company.
- Built an AI inbox for supplier email: a worker polls the shared Outlook mailbox (Microsoft Graph) and queues each email on AWS SQS, then an agent links replies to the right RFQ or purchase order, extracts quoted prices, lead times and Incoterms into structured rows, and drafts a reply for a buyer to review.
- Also covers local purchases, daily rate contracts, freight RFQs and purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and reports on spend, supplier performance and procurement P&L. Built with Next.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, the Vercel AI SDK, Docker and Turborepo.
Freshiyo: hyperlocal grocery delivery startup, built from scratch
- Built the complete platform from scratch: the customer app for Android and iOS, the delivery partner app, the admin panel and the warehouse management system.
- Customers browse groceries from nearby stores by category, order for instant delivery or a scheduled time slot, pay by UPI, card or cash on delivery, and track the order live.
- Built with React Native and Expo on a NestJS and Node.js API with MongoDB, deployed on AWS Lightsail; live on Google Play and the App Store with 2,000+ customers and ₹7 lakh+ in revenue.
Nutrio: healthy food delivery app with subscriptions
- Built the customer app for Android and iOS, the delivery app and the admin panel for a service delivering juice shots, bowls, juices and protein bars.
- Customers order instantly, schedule for later, or take 7-day and 30-day subscriptions with chosen delivery days, and can swap a day's bowl or its ingredients.
- Built with React Native and Expo, NestJS, Node.js and MongoDB on AWS Lightsail; live on both stores with 1,000+ customers.
Raphe: procurement and ticketing platform for Raphe mPhibr in India
- Worked on the platform where every purchase is a ticket that moves through requesting department, procurement, finance and management approval, through to delivery and payment.
- Helped automate ticket assignment and improve how teams handle procurement tasks, on a platform that also covers payment and delivery analytics and ERP-synced master data.
- Built with Next.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL, and runs on the client's own infrastructure.
Startup projects: products for early-stage startups across different domains
- Handled each project end to end: understanding requirements, developing features, deployment and production support.
- Built an internal tool with a client dashboard and a RAG-based chatbot that answers questions from company data.
